01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tk0k ("we", "us", "platform") and the user of the platform ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the use of the tk0k website, mobile version, and any related services.

tk0k is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable online gaming experience for users in Bangladesh. Our platform includes various entertainment gaming categories such as slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. 02 Account Registration and Eligibility

Each individual may hold only one tk0k account. If multiple accounts are opened from the same person, household, device, or IP address, all related accounts may be suspended and any bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

tk0k may request documents for identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. A valid National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document may be requested. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be put on hold.

03 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your tk0k account login details (username and password) completely confidential. The following must be observed at all times:

• Never share or disclose your login details to anyone
• Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out at the end of the session
• If you notice any unusual activity in your account, contact support immediately

tk0k will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the misuse of your login details, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by tk0k's own fault.

04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the tk0k platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

• Deposit amounts are applicable in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT)
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly
• The account holder's own registered number must be used when making a deposit
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Standard processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours

• Withdrawals may be restricted before bonus wagering requirements are met

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on tk0k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No transactions in foreign currency are accepted. All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳3,000 will earn you a bonus of ৳4,500. A 10x wagering requirement applies to use this bonus.

• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed
• Each promotional offer has a specific validity period
• An offer cannot be claimed more than once
• tk0k reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer

5.2 VIP Program

The tk0k VIP program has three tiers where members can enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier based on continued active participation and a regular relationship with the platform.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Before placing a bet in any game using bonus funds, check the bonus contribution rate for that game. Some games may not contribute fully toward bonus wagering. If any fraudulent behavior is detected in the use of bonuses, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be subject to investigation.

06 Gaming Rules

The tk0k platform includes slots, live casino, cricket betting, and other gaming categories. Each gaming category has its own rules, which are displayed before the game starts.

• Read the rules and paytable carefully before starting a game
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets are refunded
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final
• Bets placed after the set time in sports betting markets are not accepted
• If the internet connection is lost, the result of an ongoing bet will be determined according to the server log
• tk0k maintains the final record of all game result data

6.1 Special Cricket Betting Rules

Betting is available on various cricket leagues and series including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the circumstances. The decisions of the international cricket authorities are accepted for determining results.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk0k platform. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and funds may be forfeited:

• Playing games or placing bets through fraudulent or dishonest means
• Placing bets using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence
• Managing an account on behalf of another person or using another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Artificially exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse)
• Coordinating with other members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform
• Opening an account with false information or identity fraud

08 Responsible Gaming

• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information
• Suspicion of money laundering
• Upon order of a court or government authority

11.2 User Request to Close Account

12 Changes to Terms
